The IREC fitness center provides members with a variety of fitness equipment:

Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Handcycle, Zero Runner, Up Right Bike, Seated Elliptical, Rowing Machine, Free Weights, Resistance Machines, Kettlebells, Stability Balls, Balance Tools, and Heavy Bag. The fitness center also has a racquetball court available and full size gym.
