Renting of IREC Facilities

Rates (Per Two Hour Block of Time)

Note: all rentals assume a minimum charge for a two-hour clock of time even if the actual usage time is less than two-hours. The next minimum increment of time is four hours. Any rentals using space beyond four hours will pay an hourly fee for those hours based on one-fourth of the stated four-hour rate per each hour.

IREC Community Room w/ kitchen - weekday - 2 hours $45.00, 4 hours $55.00

Garbage Disposal  (if more then One bag)                                  $6.00 per bag

*Use and fees for use of IREC areas not covered in the above items shall be determined by the appropriate authority.

**Use of the Racquetball court by Fitness Center members takes precedence over rental to outside groups.

***Rental of the community room w/Kitchen on holidays may only be made if a custodian is available to be on duty.
